I am a ‘green’ interior designer who educates and consults on colors, products and principles inspired by Nature. My design orientation is rooted in the concept of biomimicry, a philosophy that studies Nature's life-affirming strategies, and mimics this wisdom to make sustainable design decisions. Examples of how I approach design include looking to Nature for interior and exterior color palettes, assisting clients to make good design decisions when selecting products for their building or remodeling projects, and helping clients transform what they have into what they want. 

I have been a full service interior designer for thirty plus years and a ‘green’ designer for the past 15 years, working with clients in New York, Arizona, Montana and Northern California. 

My goal as a designer, colorist and environmentalist is to create the maximum amount of beauty and well-being with the minimum amount of consumption and waste, and to educate the public on colors, products and principles inspired by Nature.
